WorkingTogether

What would it take for us to work together?

This is the question I most often ask myself.

A handful of years ago, I sat in your seat. I was the person in charge of hiring, filtering, dealing with people like me. People who said they could help me. People who professed they could make my company better. People who thought they had the answers. It could get annoying.

Now I am one of those people. And you’re in that seat perhaps just inches away from being annoyed. And I’m left wondering how I can give you the two things I think you need for us to work together – desire and confidence.

The first, desire, is fairly easy. By that, all I mean is that you have to have a need and be aware of it. What kind of need? There are dozens – a training need, a performance management need, a need to build a team or solve a problem, a need for a facilitator or strategic plan or executive coach. Needs present themselves everyday.

The second – confidence – is a little more challenging. How do I give you the confidence that working together will make a positive impact in your company? You can continue to check out this website, you can click over and read my blog to get to know me or you can call past and current clients to get the inside scoop – and I encourage you to do all those things – but the bottom line is you won’t really know if you can count on me until you work with me. What I’m really asking is for you to take a risk and trust me.

It’s a lot, I know. But remember this, every client that’s hired me once, has hired me again. More than 90% of my business comes through referrals from current clients. And you won’t know until you try.

I know I can help you and your company. I have both desire and confidence.

I hope to hear from you soon.
